If your club uses MH Systems' Cobra as your club management system, and your CLUB View website has been set up with a Cobra member data integration, website admins can do ‘on-demand’ synchronisations of members’ data from Cobra into the website.

You might choose to trigger one of these on-demand syncs if a new member joins and you want them to be able to log in to the website immediately.

(By default member data is only imported into the website from Cobra overnight. This means that new members will not have log-ins created for them on the website until the day after their details are entered into Cobra.)

To make CLUB View import the latest member data from Cobra straight away:

1. log into the website as an administrator;
2. click on the “Users” tab;
3. click on the “Import Member Data” button;
   
4. on the next page that loads you can use the “test import…” button to perform a trial-run of the import, to check the changes that will be made, then use the "import member data now" button to update your CLUB View website with member data direct from Cobra.
