Setting up a 'Vacation message' (Out of Office reply)

It is possible to configure an auto response/out of office/vacation message for your ClubView mail account.

In order to do so follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your email account's User Control Panel at
  2. Click on the 'Email Settings' button
  3. In the Edit Mailbox page, choose 'Enable' or 'Disable' as appropriate, under the 'Vacation' section
  4. If enabling, choose your desired start and end options, and complete the 'Subject' and 'Vacation message' boxes
  5. Click the 'Save' button (you will see a confirmation)
  6. Click the 'Logout' button to finish
