Please note that just adding numbers to a password does not make it secure. In fact so many people now choose passwords like 'proshop2018', 'George85', 'apple123' or 'arsenal1' that hackers have automated systems to try all these common password combinations.

Follow these steps to change your email password:

1. Log in to your email account's User Control Panel at https://portal.anu.net/
2. Click on the 'Email Settings' button
3. in the Edit Mailbox page, choose 'Change' under the Password section
4. Enter your desired new password in the 'Password', and the 'Password (confirm)' boxes
5. Click the 'Save' button (you will see a confirmation)
6. Click the 'Logout' button to finish
